            empathetic instruction accelerates social development.
Working with another person with a range of intentions (from challenging one another to cooperating to learn and perform) is a valuable experience but because of the physical and repetitive nature of training, children are able to learn and modify how they engage.   Occasionaly, students get stuck in an unhelpful mode of interaction and in these cases, an empathetic and aware instructor will be able to adjust this.
