kids developing balanceA prerequisite for good balance is strength. Once a child is confident that one leg can support him easily, we develop balance further through an array of increasingly challenging exercises, interesting postures and games.

In addition to needing strength, balance is also greatly enhanced by focus and an awareness of one's body.
