Ju Jitsu and Children
Historically, Ju Jitsu formed part of a samurai's (feudal Japanese knight) combat training. With the advent of modern warfare the masters of Ju Jitsu and other budo (traditional military methods) sought a new use for what they regarded as a beautiful system that reflected their spiritual values.
One such master, Jigoro Kano, founded Judo.

Ju Jitsu is the primary system we practise. Our black belt grades are recognised by the United Nations of Ju Jitsu (UNJJ)
